Rhiann McLean

Rhiann McLean is a freelance researcher, trainer and consultant working across health and social care. She has been connected to the delivery of Self-directed Support since 2012, and led work on assessment, training, outcomes-based working and evaluation across the sector. Rhiann is currently working with In Control on a research project to explore how Self-Directed Support is being implemented across children and families’ teams in Scotland.

 

Rhiann is a co-founder Three Sisters Consultancy, who deliver a range of training around neurodiversity, sexual health and disability. Rhiann leads the research and impact workstream at Three Sisters, with a focus on co-production and participation.
