Andrew Magowan

Andrew leads the delivery of Inspiring Scotland’s Link Up Programme; an innovative asset-based community development programme operating in nine communities across Scotland. In addition to supporting the development and roll-out of the Link Up model and approach, Andrew has been instrumental in evaluating the impact of the programme and understanding how it delivers outcomes at an individual and community level.  He is passionate about helping people to help themselves and to help each other. He believes our communities can play a fundamental role in helping those who are most in need of support to live the life they want to lead by providing supportive relationships and helping to build individual and collective confidence and self-belief – the foundations for positive change
