Frances Brown

Frances is currently working as an independent consultant in the area of Social Care with particular expertise in self directed support, personalisation, leadership and organisational development, planning and service design.  Frances worked in nursing and social care for over 30 years, she co-founded Inclusion Glasgow, a unique person-centred organisation in 1996 and later became Executive Director, leaving the organisation in 2012.  Frances has been involved with In Control Scotland since 2006, when she took up the role of In Control Development Co-ordinator and to this day is still involved with the organisation as an associate consultant.  Frances has just recently co-founded a new organisation, Radical Visions along with John Dalrymple.
